Bali Weight Loss Updates

“Coming from Costa Rica it’s like the home of Yoga and fitness retreats in the west. Many people come down from the states and even fly in from England and Europe to join the retreats. My attraction to Bali is that it’s like the Costa Rica of the east. It’s know for retreats in this side of the world just like Costa Rica is know for retreats in America", Sophie Jones tells us regarding her upcoming retreats in Bali.

Over the last decade Sophie has worked in the retreats industry organizing and setting up retreats mostly in Costa Rica and aimed at helping people rejuvenate, lose weight and start healthy habits. She tells us that, “having spent so much time in Costa Rica I just feel like a change you know, something new and different. I have heard so much about Bali and when I finally travelled to the island last summer I was swept away by the beauty not only on the beaches, yet more the ancient temples, and especially the Ubud area was a favorite for me".

Now Sophie plans on taking what she’s learned in the Americas and bringing it over to the “Costa Rica of the East", Bali. Bali has long been known as a retreat haven attracting tens of thousands of visitors from Australia and Europe heading to the island for a relaxing health and fitness holiday in the sun. Sophie has setup Bali Weight Loss (https://www.baliweightloss.com) and says, “I don’t think the retreat planning will be much different to what we have done in Costa Rica, the audience is a little different and I’m excited to get to know them but yes, we will have to see how it all goes, I am very excited!"

Helping Sophie at her side is her friend and right hand man, Diego. Together they have put on many retreats and Sophie tells us, “I really love working with Diego, he helps me get things done and I am so thankful that he has agreed to join me in Bali for my new retreats. We will also be taking on a young Balinese man who can speak the languish and help us get what we need and prepared for the retreats."

Sophie Jones has just recently made a public announcement that her retreats should be start in the month of June 2017, and hopes that “you’re ready" because she plans on putting on retreats far bigger and better than she has previously in Costa Rica.
